IL PASTO DELLA TARANTOLA
A way of telling the culture of Salento between theatre and typical products. The scene is composed by different points dedicated to individual tasting. The audience, isolated by headphones, is invited to discover the marvels of Salento thanks to taste and technology. A screen multiplies the actress on the scene and the headphones isolate so much that the spectator is catapulted in the sounds and the rhythm of Southern Italy. Actress/waitresses escort spectators/customers discovering mùscari, scapèce, dried tomatoes, africano and negramaro wines. This performance is a testimony of how strong is the link between taste and bright light, baroque buildings and Salento peninsula.
