LA BUSTA
A Man received an envelope without any reason.
To know the reason he goes in a place. In that place he meets the Secretary, the Cook and X.
The atmosphere in that place is strange. Dialogues are fast, catching unprepared and often create comic effects. Someone laughs in that place.
But a Man isn’t in that place to laugh. A Man wants only to know why he has received an envelope. He wants to know the reason. But he has to wait to know the reason. The end...He has to wait the end.
La busta is a theatrical text which tells us about brutalities, discrimination, violence.
Not only the victims of this violence are within the characters described, but the executors too, who, with their arrogance want to create a world without values, empty, fake, without humanity. A world which, unfortunately, is almost the projection of the ours.
La busta is an accusation’s act against this world, against these characters.
But the characters of theatrical fiction, even those violent, are necessary, because through their representation it’s possible to unmask the inhuman characters of reality.
